and cockroaches and dragonflies.
and yes I scotch-taped the sides of the container coz I know I am damn lun zun sure don't know do what make the cover pop out let the spider run out urghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
haha did I ever tell you I once caught a HUGE cockroach and left it in the container for 9 days with a purple mentos (as food HEHE yes i know i know :D:D) and by on 8th day of its capture I was quite amazed that it was STILL alive without oxygen haha.
but on the 9th day guess what happened!
it beheaded itself! like seriously the body and the head kena detached siaooooooo.
haha maybe the cockroach head pain coz I always shake the container here and there so it cut off its head so won't head pain anymore LOL.

Technically, the cockroach was probably still alive when it beheaded itself. Cockroaches can live for up to a month without food, and can live for quite a while more even as a decapitated loser.
The container was very much larger than the cockroach, which would mean there was a lot of oxygen in there...for a cockroach. Plus, a cockroach can intentionally slow down its heart rate or go without air for a very long time (like more than half an hour), so it could keep on doing that to save on oxygen!
I know, I know. WHAT DOES IT MATTER RIGHT.
