Packing up.

I'm moving. again.

I count right, count left, I can only count 25 people whom I know read my blog.
Out of these 25, there are about 3 who found out by themselves about my blog.
That also translates to 3 irritating people.

So the total number should be 25 right?
Yet, my blog tracking thing shows that about 60 people read it daily.
Why like that.
I certainly didn't tell 60 people about my blog. I only told 22.
Dammit.

And you might think that I should be happy that 60 people want to read the crap I churn out, but no I'm not.
I have no wish to cater, have no wish to expand my readership.
I don't want to find myself having to start addressing people as "Hey readers" one day.

Sometimes I want to, but I really can't type emo momo stuff when I know that there are 38 (including those 3 irritating people) eyes peeping and judging me.
I trust, and I know that the other 22 people wouldn't judge me.
Well even if they do, I'll still love them.

I do know blogs are public but bloggers nowadays have the ultimate power to decide who reads and who doesn't (think: livejournal - friends only. go back to your hermit hole if you don't know what this is).

Ever since the experience with the previous blog, I've learnt my lessons okay?
In this blog, I've tried really hard to avoid including names of people related to me lest irritating people do a search using those names.

I don't like the feeling of being searched for.
And being googled/technorati-ed for is certainly not an honour.

I really don't share easily, sorry.

I'll give all of you my new blog address when I've thought of a name.

Hemming and hawing might work if I get your hint and I don't mind you reading.
However, if I brush you off and say "no I don't have a blog," it's obvious that I'm lying to you because I'm not that close to you and I don't want you reading my blog just yet.
In this case, to save us both from embarassment, please just nod and change topic.
